Anand and I did a walk around the block at lunchtime. I’m going to try to coax him into doing that most days, I think, a post-prandial constitutional — good for him to get up from the screens, good for me ditto.
Nice chance to hear how e-learning is going too; this morning was art (he drew a Lego figure, but made it look like himself), and then a lesson all about the 7 habits of effective people.
That led into a nice little conversation about what are important / urgent things, and what aren’t. Homework, according to Anand, is neither important nor urgent. For 5th grade, I agree.
