Okay, mostly keeping track for myself. Cooked for Sri Lankan New Year party tomorrow: beef and potato curry, pork curry, milk toffee, mango fluff.

Still definitely to do: shark curry, ribbon sandwiches, eggplant salad, papadum, vattalappam.

Maybe to do: kokkes, rose and vanilla marshmallows.

Sounds good. (Other people are bringing lots of other food; this is just my portion. Which is good, because I think we have something like 70 people RSVP’d. It’s going to be a horde.)
