Kids off to school, Dan is here to write for a while, Julie may stop by to write, Nadine is coming by to write, and my basement furniture is finally being delivered between 10 and 2. A couch, a couch, my kingdom for an IKEA couch. And shelves. Big day.

I will likely not be writing, sadly, but I aim to use the presence of all these diligent people to get me to a) finish my grading, and b) finish any lingering ASAM work, so that c) tomorrow I can consider myself officially on vacation (which means I can start actually writing fiction, because that's what writers do on their 'vacations').
