E-book cover progress: Okay, I have the image and background in a photo. Just need to add text now. There will likely not be a print edition (since I already have a print edition of an earlier version of book), but I still would like the text to be clean enough to be printed. I'm told Photoshop won't do that, and I should use InDesign or some such.
I do actually have InDesign, but have never used it. Am planning to just dive in and give it a shot, but if any graphic design people want to holler suggestions from the shore, they would be welcome. I'm just trying to do plain white text, in a fairly simple font. Nothing fancy!
