Am bummed. Was going to attend an awesome poetry party tonight at colleague's place, to celebrate the start of national poetry month, and suddenly realized that perhaps this is not the best plan when I'm coughing non-stop and sound like I'm about to hack up a lung. Let's not even talk about the humongous sneezes. I don't think the English department would thank me for bringing this cold down upon them all. Have sent e-mail with my regrets. Dangit.
