I have a ridiculous pile…

I have a ridiculous pile of tedious e-mail to get through, but it's made SO MUCH BETTER by the fact that I can do it while sitting in the dappled sunshine on my back deck, overlooking the back yard where the crocuses are cheerfully opening.

I just learned that the USDA has modified the zone map to reflect warming trends, and while this is likely terrible for the planet overall, I cannot help rejoicing that Chicago is now zone 6a. !!! I think that means I can have wisteria draped over my pergola. As soon as I actually get through this pile of e-mail, I'm off to research wisteria. Recommendations welcome.
