Flickr is addictive. I've mostly just been hanging out in a few of the Sri Lankan photography groups, and I can already see that if I spent much time there, I would learn a lot more about photography than I currently know. Right now, I basically just point and shoot with my Canon SD500 on automatic -- the most I do to control the shots is tell it I don't want the flash and this one's going to be a close-up. I want to learn more!!! So I love that the photographers play games with each other.
For example, they just did a weekend challenge, that we all post up to three photos of ingredients found in the kitchen "Anything that is NOT YET cooked or in your lunch/dinner plate can be posted." Here are mine -- feel free to add your best food/ingredient shots (old or new) in the comments!
