We're just doing introductions now, but tomorrow we'll start the questions. Should be fun. I'm going to sit in on all the mentorship groups, just to monitor the process, see how it goes. I probably won't be able to do that in the future, but this time around, I think it makes sense to help smooth out any kinks that may develop. Long-term, I'd love to find someone else to be Mentorship Program Administrator, to take on this role -- ideally, one of the current mentors would volunteer. Heh heh. We'll see what they think once this is all over...
I'm very hopeful for the success of this program. It's no-cost, minimal admin work, and hopefully of high benefit to the participants. We'll see.
