CARL BRANDON AWARDS…

CARL BRANDON AWARDS NAMING CONTEST

Help us name the Carl Brandon Awards! $25 prize (U.S. funds) if we pick the name you suggest!

The Carl Brandon Society, dedicated to addressing the representation of people of color in speculative fiction, is about to begin jurying for two fiction awards: one for speculative fiction dealing with issues of race and ethnicity, and one for speculative fiction by an author of color.

That's quite the mouthful, so this is where you come in: help us choose punchy names for the two awards that evoke the aim of each award, and the vision of the Carl Brandon Society. If we pick one of your suggested names, you'll win $25; $50 if we decide to use two of your suggestions. And at the first ever Carl Brandon Award ceremony, we'll present you with a certificate of thanks from the Carl Brandon Society.
