I appear to have come…

I appear to have come out of my funk, which is pleasing. Flowers help -- last night, Kev and I went to the grocery store and Home Depot (we had plumbing issues, which are hopefully fixed now that we've replaced the cracked metal screw thingie under our sink), and I came home with not just a bundle of pink spring tulips, but also a little pot of violet hydrangeas. They make me smile every time I see them -- cheaper than therapy. :-)

Ran a load of dishes and doing some more laundry now -- due to the house guests, an excessive amount of laundry piled up. Our sheets and towels were in desperate need of washing. Have a fair number of items on today's to-do list, but it's all feeling manageable (which many things haven't seemed to be in the last few days).

I need to start reassembling the Blowfish manuscript (and re-editing it). I need to work up something for the VOR show on March 3rd. And I need to re-read the YA novel, and think about writing some more of it -- because with Silence basically completed and Bodies on hold until my committee gets back to me, I actually don't have a book I'm currently working on. And that's just wrong. :-)
