Things just keep…

Things just keep happening apace, and I can't keep up with them in this journal. Tons of catching up on e-mail and making art things and doing random errands (I bought a lamp and a clock today!) have eaten up much time in the last few days. There's no way I can sum up the NJ workshop right now -- suffice it to say that it went well. I'm thinking I might squeeze an editorial for SH out of the whole thing -- if so, you'll hear lots more then. If not, you can always go read Jed's account of it all.

At the moment, I have an unexpected guest -- Kira Berman (whom I went to college with, and who wrote a museum article for SH, and who was indirectly part of the cause of my getting involved with my Jedediah). It's so lovely to see her again. She'll be staying with us tonight, and possibly tomorrow night, on her way to go canoeing with a bunch of women in Duluth. I'm not sure what state Duluth is in, but something Midwestern, I think?

We took her out to Artopolis and made her eat a salad (I had a decaf iced mocha, yum) and gossiped about old friends, and now she and I are both crashing (Kev was up all night, so gods know when he'll get to bed tonight), so sleepy-bye now. But I'm sure I'll talk to y'all soon...
