Didn't tell you about SH this week, did I? We're all about series right now -- the first part of an Alan DeNiro story, the first part of a Greg Beatty essay on the various sf awards, the first of Tim Pratt's bestiary poems... So you might want to wait on Alan's piece, but the rest I think can be enjoyed right now.
